CRCSD is aware of the social media threat made by an unidentified person.  We have been working with the Cedar Rapids Police Department and their resources with the state public safety agencies and FBI to investigate the situation over the last twenty-four hours.

On Monday, October 2, 2023, All Cedar Rapids Community School District schools are closed with NO Champions Daycare and NO morning activities. This closure is for the safety of all students and staff. Please look for an email from the District with more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this situation.
