The Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission is hosting its Fair Housing Poetry Contest! Students in grades 9-12 can submit a poem showing what fair housing means to them. Submissions must be received by 4pm on Friday, April 21. This contest is open to all Cedar Rapids area students in 9th through 12th grade, including students who are virtual learners, homeschooled, and those who are not U.S. citizens.
