Congratulations to Jefferson, Kennedy and Washington High Schools’ Dance teams. They each competed at State Dance over the last weekend in Des Moines.

The Jefferson Dance Team received 9th in Class XIII Poms Division 1 ratings in Team and Soloist dances.

The Kennedy Dance Team earned Division 1 ratings in Jazz, Pom & Lyrical. In addition, the team placed 6th in Jazz, 8th in Class XIV Poms, and 6th in Lyrical.

Washington Dance Team took 5th Place in Class XII Poms, in contemporary they received division 1 team academic award.
