McKinley STEAM Academy celebrates its 100th anniversary this month! The building opened its doors on September 5, 1922, as the first purposefully built school in the region to be a junior high school. The structure evolved from a junior high to junior high/high school, then a middle school, and then McKinley STEAM Academy Magnet School.
